This is a brand I was recommended by my local house plant store (they also use these), and I got some and will likely always use this brand going forward.There's a lot of slightly cheaper grow light options out there, but those are subpar in my experience. I've used several other brands that include the typical 4 light bars with the built in toggle and timer. 3 of these lesser units have failed after less than a year of use. My Barrina lights havn't been that way and my plants are responding WAY better to the Barrina lights. I'm moving over to all Barrina as my others inevitably continue failing.I bought some mechanical timers to plug the lights into so they turn off and on each day when I want them to. So that makes up for the others that had built in timers.I Couldn't recommend these enough. I love them.Also I choose the "yellow" ones, which I like for the majority of applications. I plan on doing one of those Ikea cabinet greenhouses for antheriums and will likely choose the "pink" ones for that. I've seen these in my local plant store's displays, and it's a very slight pink hue, nothing crazy.
