These are extremely bright white light similar to daylight. I didn't think I would ever say this with an led light but they maybe too bright. I am going to put a dimmer in to lower it down and be able to increase it when I need it. I have no way of determining if they are actually running 15watts. These came from China in 17 days in a bubble wrap bag which I think is reasonable amount of time. I would buy again and would buy warm white bulbs if I can find them at the same wattage.Regards
